Students can complete their visa check-in during the mandatory International Student Orientation. Failure to complete check-in may result in the termination of your SEVIS record and loss of your F-1 or J-1 status.
Do not begin the check-in process until after you have entered the U.S.

You do not need to visit ISSS to complete the check-in. All check-ins can be completed electronically via iGlobal.
