Lunar New Year (LNY) is a celebration observed in many East and Southeast Asian communities across the globe. It marks the beginning of the calendar year with the first new moon of the lunar solar calendar and lasts 16 days. Since the lunar calendar is based on lunar cycles, the date varies from year to year. Explore the rich traditions of Lunar New Year and join us in celebrating the Year of the Snake!
